Adley explains what happened to her at the Heart Attack Grill.
We've seen a lot of public paddlings, mainly from the Hofbrauhaus (Las Vegas and Chicago) with a few from
the East Side Restaurant (New Britain Connecticut), but there is another establishment in Las Vegas
that paddles its customers, namely the Heart Attack Grill, and we'll see now a very beautiful young
woman get four very hard swats there. 
First, why haven't we seen any spankings from this place before? Well, there are two basic reasons. One is that the paddlings themselves are done in an extremely awkward manner with the spankers and spankees improperly positioned. The other is that while we value productive enterprise and a defiance-of-authority spirit, we find the animating values at the Heart Attack Grill to be positively decadent: they deliberately offer high-fat, high-calorie meals (hence the "Heart Attack" portion of the name), dress their patrons in hospital gowns, and have the waitresses dressed as nurses!

As we said, we appreciate defiance in the face of know-it-all do-gooders who are always telling us what to eat (and who dream of enforcing their wishes at gunpoint), but the fact is too many people live unhealthy lifestyles and should make better dietary choices. And if we're making too much of all this, well, let's get to the spanking of lovely Adley!

Back to our story: Adley Stump is a singer who has a following and who does podcasts. One of these was devoted to her visit to the Heart Attack Grill, where as she explains she couldn't finish her 20,000-calorie(!) burger. No surprise there, as this burger would have supplied a grizzly bear with enough calories for two days, but Adley was surprised to find out that there's a punishment for all those who can't finish their meal: three swats with the paddle, delivered by an attentive nurse!
The nurse is very attractive herself, and obviously takes great pleasure in paddling people.

Adley, we've got a confession for you: we want very much to see "your butt get spanked into next week"! 
We don't have a childish crush on her or anything, but you've got to admit that Adley has a truly beautiful face.
Alas, she's done wrong and must be paddled - justice demands it. 
We forget which swat this was, but it doesn't really matter. The point is that Adley certainly feels it, and in the video you can see her lips forming an "F" - she had a narrow escape from saying a naughty word, and probably getting even more swats!
Poor Adley almost loses her hat from the force of her reaction to the sting in her behind! The nurse seems
quite happy, though, and has some bad news for her: because she cheated in an attempt to avoid getting paddled,
the "doctor" is going to give her one additional penalty swat - oh no! 
And just look at the expressions on the faces of the men behind her!
We can see the big problem with how they do the paddlings here: Adley is in a nearly standing position against some kind of stupid rack better suited to flogging the back instead of being well bent over, and the nurse is standing so far back the inevitable result was that all the paddle's force was applied to the right side of poor Adley's backside. If you listen to the video closely you'll hear her say "Anywhere but this one" presumably referring to her right buttock.
