As we mentioned last time, Velma Dinkley was supposed to be the brainy one among the Scooby-Doo gang, but we've always believed that even smart girls can benefit from an occasional dose of the "Board of Correction". How "into" bondage Velma is we can't say - she's wearing an apprehensive expression, but maybe she's worrying more about that paddle than being tied up.
The artist is a working professional named Bound-to-please, who as his name suggests is a bondage specialist. He's good at it too, being quite ingenious in his design of various restraints as we see here in the way Velma is being restrained in a bent-over position for the paddle. Fortunately for our purposes, he's not averse to occasionally adding a spanking to one of his bondage scenes, and in this work entitled "Captive 8 Velma" that dates from 2015, he does so. He has an interesting take on the character, slimming her down a bit and giving her more fashionable glasses than she wore on Scooby-Doo, giving her a more modern, sexy appearance.
