This is a rather strange little animated short that needs little explanation from us - which is a good thing, because we don't have an explanation! We don't even know where it came from, but the web address shown on screen was presumably Colombian (we checked, and it's not there any more). The title translates to "Good Spanking of the Wife" which seems pretty descriptive. The couple seems well matched and happy.
