This is the first drawing we have seen by Solle Tickle, who obviously has a thing for tickling. Fortunately, he composed this piece, entitled "Bat-Girl (sic) Tickled Again" with Batgirl lying prone on a bed because he saw it as a good position for The Joker and Harley Quinn to tickle her. What he didn't think of (but Doctor Cylon did) was that it also served to reveal Batgirl's bottom, which once again is reddened to indicate a recent spanking took place.

Solle Tickle seems to be a nice guy, but unless you're into tickling you're probably not going to get too excited about his work. With us spankos, we can't help thinking that if you're going to go to all the trouble of capturing a superheroine and tying her up, you should certainly spank her. Luckily, he gave the Good Doctor a nice opening here.
