We have here an apparent husband/wife spanking in a domestic setting: the husband is in his robe and slippers, while the wife is wearing what we think is a nightgown that clings tightly to her fanny as she's draped over his knee. The OTK position is probably the highlight here as it is well done with the spankee's nightgown stretched tightly over a very tempting target from which radiate some "stinging effect" lines! The expressions are good, too, although the husband's might be just a tad too sadistic. That leaves us with the hairbrush, which is drawn with the wrong (bristle) side toward the wife's bottom.
Now, it appears that someone took note of the hairbrush and decided to replace it with a paddle - who it was, we have no idea. We don't even know who the original artist was (he signed the work "LRS"). The original source is yet another mystery, but from the clothes and the style of the lamp, we'd guess it was printed back in the early 60s.
